Team
Leon Nguyen
Principal
Leon Nguyen is Principal and responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Previously, Leon was at RealtyMogul, where he underwrote, sourced, and provided transactional support for multifamily investments. In 2021, Leon led the underwriting and closing of transactions totaling over 600 units and $120 million in asset value. Prior to RealtyMogul, Leon had roles in real estate corporate banking, accounting, and auditing.
Leon graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Finance.

We are actively pursuing multifamily properties in Southern California, Nevada, and Colorado. Our acquisition criteria is 5+ units.
